The 2006 Case Digests Compendium provided by the 2006 Bar Operations Commission to its barristers has already been uploaded. Case digests in all the Bar Subjects had already been added into the Case Digest Compendium Page and is already available for reading.

Case Digest Compendium Now Online
Good news!
The Bar Operations Commission 2007, through the help of the 2006 Commission and its Research Team, has uploaded the Civil Law Case Digests for the year 2005-2006.
It includes cases chosen by the Research Team which are considered relevant and are usual Bar Exam favorites. The cases ranges from Persons and Family Relations, Property to Obligations and Contracts and Credit Transactions.
Soon, the 2007 Commission would be uploading the case digests for the other bar subjects. It will also be uploading the frequently-asked-questions compiled by the 2006 Research Team.
